Commercialisation illicite de droits d’accès à des spectacles : le point sur 10 années de lutte menée par Ekhoscènes

Depuis l’adoption de l’article 313-6-2 du Code pénal en 2012 qui fait de la commercialisation de droits d’accès à des spectacles sans l’autorisation du producteur un délit pénal, Ekhoscènes (anciennement le PRODISS) n’a eu de cesse d’agir contre les nombreux sites de commercialisation illicite et autres opérateurs facilitant la mise en avant de ces sites frauduleux.

Illegal marketing of access rights to live shows: an update on 10 years of fighting by Ekhoscènes

Since the adoption of article 313-6-2 of the French criminal code in 2012, which makes the marketing of access rights to live shows without the live show organiser’s authorisation a criminal offence in France, Ekhoscènes (formerly PRODISS) has been relentless in its efforts to fight the numerous illegal commercial websites and other operators that facilitate the promotion of these illegal websites.
